I have a query in Access and it has numerous links and fields and I can only see the linked tables.

The bottom portion where I would add and edit the specific fields in the query is gone. I have looked everywhere for a button that would make it avaliable again but no luck.

The query works well but I cannot edit it. The rest of my queries in this database do not have this problem.

Thanks in advance if you can help.

Look for a raised horizontal line across the bottom of the window. The line is a splitter bar. Drag the line upward. Rick Sprague

The horizontal bar is not available. From my other queries I can see where should be but that portion is greyed out and nothing happens when I hover the mouse over the area.
