I have an XP machine that has access to all network resources, but other machines cannot see this PC or access it. Can't even ping it from the domain server. I have manually IP'd the machine and also rejoined it to the domain and replaced the patch cable on both sides.

Is the firewall enabled?

If it is, is the File and Printer Sharing excemption seleted. Can the XP machine ping any other machines?

As well as any firewall, some anti virus products have hidden firewall components too.

Try the Winsock Fix from this thread.

Tried the winsock fix+restart and made sure xp firewall was off. No AV firewall is setup on this machine.
