Can't save in Quark 6.0

I will sound an absolute fool for this... but how the heck do you save in Quark Express? I got the programe yestersay, and spent a fair while on my layout to find that 'save' is grayed out. Any ideas??

Are you sure you are not using a Demo Version, if so the Save might be disabled.
Also which operating system and what version of Quark are you running?

Did you downlod the demo version? If so, you can't save.

Or did you activate the purchased version online with Quark?
