Can't remove voicemail subscriber

Hello,

I am trying to remove a vm box. I am able to delete it and everything seem ok but the subscriber will show up in the database again. Why can't I permanently delete the subscriber? any idea? Thanks in advance!

OK, I'm not an expert in VM here but I do recall having an issue like this with Modular Messaging. Is that the system you are having difficulty with?

It's the new Communication Manager Messaging CMM. but, what issue did you had and how did you fixed it?
