Can't remove group policy in OU

I try remove group policy in OU and it doesn't work. When I click the delete button the policy still there. Does it has to do with the policy? because I use default domain policy in the OU also I have Administrator privilege. Please help...

try just Unlink this GP.
then locate it and delete using GP searching tool.
