Can't reinstall Office2000 pro CD1

Deleted Offic2000 pro, CD1. Tried to reinstall it and get this error;
D:\ is not accessible. Incorrect function.

Can use other CD's (music, drivers, etc.)in the drive.
Thanks for your help.

If this is the first thing you get it sounds like the CD is bad.
