Can't Recieve Email

W2k server with Gordano mail, have several domains with own IP's. Everything was working fine on friday, Monday morning only one domain cannot receive, it can send and all other domains can send & receive.
when i do nslookup; set type=mx; ourserver.com this is what I get:
MX preference = 10
mail exchanger= mail.ourserver.com
mail.ourserver.com
internet address=correct ip for that mail server

Have tried everything in dns & firewall nothing has changed. On friday I had done the live update using Norton; otherwise nothing has changed software wise.

well i figured out my own problem but just in case someone else has problems, check your domain first and make sure it is up and you can ping it from across town. I was pinging it from a computer outside our firewall but it had cached it i guess because it gave me the illusion it was up and it wasn't.
