Can't Print

My Clients (have both XP and 2000 Desktop)try to print from applications. They print fine and sometimes don't print at all. On the desktop it seems that everything is fine but nothing ever prints, (I am not a Citrix Admin (not yet) so I amnot sure if the sitting should be on the server or on the client, running Citrix Metaframe XP release 3

One of the biggest problems I have found, besides the obvious one of the correct drivers, is that if the Client has a Name entered when doing the install and it is duplicated then when they connect the server gets confused and either maps the wrong printer or none at all.

In the regular Program Neighborhood the setting is in Tools\ICA Settings\Client Name.
If you install the newest client I think it will get rid of this. Or you can just delete this value and it will use the computer name instead. It is also in one the ini files but I forget which.

What usually happens is the PC's are cloned from the corporate Image and they end up having the same client name.
