Can't print throught Terminal Services

Hi!, I have one Customer Windows Server 2000 SP4. I have installed terminal services. But I cannot print throught it. The Event Viewer reports this error:
Event ID: 1103
Event Type: Error
Event Source: TermServDevices
Description: An internal communication error occurred. Redirected printing will no longer function.

I don't know what to do. I did some tests in other server with Win Ser 2000 and I have no problem. And apparently the setup is the same.


Could someone help me!?
