Can't print in Word

I have a delimma.

I have someone in the office who cannot print from Microsoft Word. A few months ago they had the same problem so I uninstalled and reinstalled word on their workstation. Now he's having the same problem. Every time he tries to print he gets a err message that says "SUB OR FUNCTION NOT DEFINED".

Any help would be appreciated IT Professional

Have a look at this FAQ faq68-1269 and see if anything there helps. I sometimes used to get the same problem with saving on some machines, but that seems an age ago and I can't remember all solutions. Another thing you might check for are rougue macros, even if they aren't malicious on the surface, ALT+F8 etc.

You have an Auto macro, or an add-in that refers to a sub or function that is not loaded.

First try renaming normal.dot and see if that fixes things. Your macro may be embedded in it.
