Can't print envelopes in Approach to HP Photosmart 7550!

I just purchased a HP Photosmart 7550 printer. I have a customer data base in Approach V9.7. When I create an #10 envelope and try to print it I get this error, "Can't print to this kind of paper---please select a different printer or change the size of the paper". Well I've tried to print it to all of the sizes of envelopes but get the same error. Landscape or portrait. I can print an #10 envelope in Word Pro.
Anyone have this problem?
Please help.

I have given up trying to figure this one out!

Use a regular form view to do your envelope. You will need to experiment with placement of your fields, and orientation of the print, depending on your printer's feeding of the envelope.
