Can't Ping web server from outside address

I am trying to ping my web server address 208.242.46.124. I have nat running on the router. The web page translates fine but I cannot ping it. I was wondering if this is right or have I done something wrong.

have you allowed the protocol ICMP to reach your web server. Remember that ping is an ICMP command, not TCP or UDP.
