Can't open mails when using 'find'

Hi,

a collegue of mine has a strange problem. She's using Outlook 2002. When she uses the 'find' option to look for mails, she can't open the ones that are found... It gives an error 'can't open file'

When she tries to open the mails in the inbox or another folder it opens up just fine.

What can cause this, and more importantly: how to resolve this?
