I'm using a Vectra VL600 running Win2K Pro. This machine is a member of a Novell Network and also of a MS Domain.
I am recently experiencing a strange issue with Remedy. I am able to login to the program and browse forms however when I double-click a form to open it nothing happens.
This issue only occurs when I am logged into Network as myself. If I login locally with the administrative acct I can open forms just fine.
Assuming the issue was with my profile, I deleted the profile, rebooted, and found the issue to still persist.
Finally, I booted into Safe mode, uninstalled Remedy, deleted the program folder, purged *all* references to Remedy and ARuser from the Registry, deleted my profile again and rebooted.
Upon logging in I reinstalled Remedy, added my account and the correct Remedy server, and found...you guessed it....same issue. Cannot open any forms.
Short of reimaging my machine can anyone offer some suggestions for dealing with this issue?
Much Thanks!
Patrick
