Can't open file - Webi 2.7 ZABO

I have a few reports which when opened in zabo are giving the error 'This File Could Not be Opened'.
If I use the option File|Retieve From|Corporate Documents I can download and open the report and it works fine.
I tried deleting the report from the repository and republishing it but it still gives the same error.

Has anyone had similar issues or got a solution.

Reboot of webi server cleared the error

What version are you on? Stopping and starting processes generally does the trick.
