I have a user (NT 4, OFF 97sr2)who cannot open an excel attachment from an email. The user can open any other file form email except excel. It also occurs on any pc he logs on to (roaming profile). I'm determined its some setting in email that he's carrying in his profile, but have exhausted most options. Any ideas????
