Can't open any application from Control panel

Hi

Please could you help me.

I have Windows XP pro on my pc.

For some reason, I couldn't click and open any application from control panel.

Start, Run, appwiz.cpl

Do you see the Add/Remove Programs control panel applet?

If not, you have malware of some sort. See faq608-4650
