Hi, I am relatively new in Cognos 8 Planning and I have a problem. I am having a hard time logging into Contributor to make my changes. I have gotten to the front page with the eList. When I click on an eList item, the IBM Cognos 8 Planning Contributor box comes up and tries to launch Contributor. However, after the bar reaches full, nothing happens. The details for the selected e.List did not come up. I tested this in another pc using my ID and have the same problem. Another user with the same security setting as me was able to get in fine. This has been working for me up until today. Help! Any info would be helpful. thanks.
