I have tried everything I just cant make a an XP PC to join a domain on a new Windows 2003 Server this is the error I got

Note: This information is intended for a network administrator. If you are not your network's administrator, notify the administrator that you received this information, which has been recorded in the file C:\WINDOWS\debug\dcdiag.txt.
The following error occurred when DNS was queried for the service location (SRV) resource record used to locate a domain controller for domain UETAINC.COM:
The error was: "DNS name does not exist."
(error code 0x0000232B RCODE_NAME_ERROR)
The query was for the SRV record for _ldap._tcp.dc._msdcs.UETAINC.COM
Common causes of this error include the following:
- The DNS SRV record is not registered in DNS.
- One or more of the following zones do not include delegation to its child zone:
UETAINC.COM
COM
. (the root zone)

Make sure that you are pointing to an internal DNS server not a public DNS server. Are you having this problem on only one machine, and no others? Are clients having a problem logging into the domain? Are all your DCs up and running correctly? Are all your DCs that have FIZMO roles running correctly?

Found it, the problem was a SVR record missing on the DNS for the ldap service

ok, yeah that will do it as well.
