Can't install Netware 3.2 on Compaq Server 1

Our server that we run Netware 3.2 on crashed and we bought a Compaq ML370 with dual processors and hot swappable power supply. We can't get our Netware 3.2 installed on that server. Has anyone had a similar problem? We are thinking of getting Novell 5.1 since that is what we have on our main server. We use this server, the one we can't install 3.2 on, as a test server not used in production.

At what point in the install do you have problems? that's a very broad statement.

Yes, you are correct. I made too broad of a statement. I need to give more thought and try the install again and post my question when I can narrow it down signficantly.
