How do you install win2k server as a primary domain controller? I'm installing win2k server for the first time, and it does not give me the option to make it a primary domain controller. I'm used to nt4 where this option was available in the install, but it seems win2k server only lets you join a workgroup or existing domain. I need it to be it's own domain so I can remote administer it while its at a co-loc facility. Did I miss something in the install? Help me Obi-Wan! (or whoever else knows!)

Windows 2000 doesn't use pdc's/bdc's it uses dc's. Just install using the default workgroup then after it's all set up run dcpromo. Here's a link to MS that explains dcpromo:
