Can't image to Agfa 9400 - HELP!!

Can't print to agfa 9400 from either QuarkXpress 4.1 or 3.3.

Get message:

Error: undefined
Offending Command: fm
stack:

then the contents of the stack

What's fm?

How do I fix this?

All other apps work fine

first PC or MAC?
i know agfa is imagesetters is the 9400?
are you printing to a rip?
IF so what kind of rip

I would have said that it could be a corrupt clipping path. Or image. If you can't fix it in 20 call someone who can.

Printing from a PC using Star Plus rip.

Print from Q4 using postscript handler (gives area where trouble) and it identitifies the whole page. I get no image from what I'm printing - just the error as noted above.

Tried again this morning and I'm getting the same thing except the offending command is: mysetup.

I'm completely stumped.

If I print same page to HP Laserjet PS printer, it prints fine.

try to surpress a few of the items on the page and try to print that or print to a file and download the file to the printer from a mac

throught of something else if you have acrobat take that printed file and use disteller and create a acrobat file print from acrobat then
