can't get rid of a desktop backgound....

i have a icon or 5 inch picture on my desktop and when i save a background to my desktop its there and the 5 inch picture is there also , overtop of the background on my desktop....how do i get rid of this image...seems to be married into my system. xp proffesional edition

go to display properities click desktop then customize desktop then click on the web tab.. see if it is loading there, web content
