Cant get Picture and photo templates to work.

Hello .
I am using Misosoft Works Suite 2004.which include Picture it premium .9.
My problem is when i try to use Picture and Photos Templates i get the message Please insert picture it Photo c d which i did then it tells me the Templates not Available . Can you help me as how can i get these templates to work.
