can't get an evaluation version of server 2003 to install

Have downloaded windows 2003 server enterprise edition and used an iso file extractor, but when I click on setup.exe and get the first screen, upon clicking on the "install 2003 server", nothing happens.

Any clues as to why?

You should probably use a cd burning app that can burn image files and burj the iso image to cd. After that you will want to boot off the CD a go through the setup procedure.
