Can't find PRINT SCREEN Pics

I use SMS(Systems Management Server) to remote access client computers. At times I get this message saying "SMS has encountered a problem and needs to close". If I press the print screen button or ALT+print screen, where do I go to retrieve that picture?

You need a to use a program that will accept images pasted from the clipboard. Any graphics program will do. Windows Paint will do so you should have that. Even Word or WordPad will work.

Having captured the image to the clipboard with - as you say 'print screen', or alt + 'print screen' then open Paint or Photshop or WordPad, whatever you have available and choose 'paste as new image' or in Microsoft Paint - simply Edit > Paste or use Control+V.

After that you can save it as a file or print it.

N.B. Word has to be open before you capture the image!

I've not seen an issue w/ print screen w/o Winword opend first?
