Hello All...
I am new to the whole .bat or .cmd writing game and have a task that I think is out of my league. I have been tasked with figuring out how to take responsibility away from the user because they are to lazy to read an SOP and do something on their own.
Basically, I need to have a .bat file or .cmd that I can push out to everyone of our users start up group that will go out, open Outlook, add the service Microsoft LDAP Directory and configure the settings (e.g. Server Hostname, Search Base, Directory Name, etc.)
Again, I haven't but written maybe one .bat file and that was to display something to the screen and open notepad! So you can see that I may be out of my element here!
If anyone can help me in doing this I will send you an souvenir from Korea!
