I have installed a new IP Office and the customer is heavy user of the one-X portal and clients.
They have a PRI. Are running 7.0.12 I believe.
Can make and take calls w/ one-X client; can use client to select "Transfer" and then can connect to the 2nd call. But when trying to complete the transfer, receive message "Transfer Failed."
Have checked the normal settings:
3 call appearances for user
off-hook transfer/forward in System/Telephony OK
off-hook transfer/forward in User/Telephony/Supervisor OK
Have tried off-hook station, NO-GO.
Any ideas?
