Can't end LD command 1

Hi All

I am trying to end ld 20 which I have got stuck in but the system is constantly asking for my customer number. Each time I input the customer number is errors with "CPNW list does not exist for this customer" and continually prompts CUST.

How do I end this vicious circle?

To return to the REQ prompt enter ** to exit the load enter ****.

if cust 0 is not defined, then you've got a pretty new system
