whenever i try to draw a shape in Word XP the program gives an error and asks to send a notification to microsoft. sometimes the drawing canvas comes up and lets me draw, but most of the time the program shuts down and opens up again, restoring the document but still not letting me draw. does anyone know how to fix this? it never happened before. have uninstalled and reinstalled several times. even cleaned registry.
