For some reason, our system will not allow calls to area code 979 (Texas), I went to ld 90, printed out the NXX, and it appears to be there. any thoughts what my next step could/should be? Thanks as always. Jeff Bell

Seems that everything in your PBX is programmed correctly then. The local PRI maybe blocking the number in the CO. If I could turn on your D-channel messaging it may help to find the cause.
Other then that just make sure your NCOS on that phone is equal to or higher then the FRL you printed earlier. You are very welcome btw!!!

If this was an NCOS problem the call would never leave the switch. If you can take your phone, make the tgar 0, and dial the access code of the route and see if the call will go through. I'm guessing a carrier issue also.

Both phones I've tried from already have TGAR 0.

Understood, but you will need to dial the access code to the route if you know what that is. Instead of dialing a "9" for BARS you would dial the access code assigned to the route in ld 16. You can print the routes in ld 21 to see the ACOD's. So if the ACOD to the route is 8000, you would dial 8000 1 979 xxx xxxx , this will bypass the BARS.

Could you also do a print of RLI 2 in LD 86.

REQ prt
CUST 0
FEAT rlb
RLI 2

RLI 2
ENTR 0
LTER NO
ROUT 0
TOD 0 ON 1 ON 2 ON 3 ON
4 ON 5 ON 6 ON 7 ON
CNV NO
EXP NO
FRL 5
DMI 0
FCI 0
FSNI 0
SBOC NRR
CBQ YES

ISET 0
NALT 5
MFRL 5
OVLL 0

So go into ld 21 and print the RDB for Route 0, look at the ACOD, dial the ACOD, then 1+979+XXX+XXXX

Getting the same recording. Making an effort to contact our carrier. Seems to be looking like an out-of-house problem.

Again, thank all of you for your help!
