Can't dial 8 or more digits on PRI MICS

This local area has now implemented the 10 digit dialing.
we now have to dial the area code and then the 7 digit number.
I have a customer with an MICS with a megalink. And after the 8th digit is dialed they get bumped off.

Is this a problem on my end or the Telco provider end.

Go into System Programming then to Dialing Plans and change the Public Default to 10.
