Hello Everyone!

I created a form with too many controls, so I split the form into two forms, moving about half of the fields from one form to another. Now my original form will not allow me to add any more controls. I get a message "Microsoft Access can't create any more controls on this form or report. If you have deleted controls from this form or report in the past, you may be able to rename the form or report and then add more controls to it." I renamed the form, but still get the same message. I need to add (1) control back to the original form. Any ideas? Any help will be appreciated! mellay

mellay,

Per Microsoft..

Number of controls and sections you can add over the lifetime of the form or report - - 754

Sooooooo..

This is stored in the database object and there is no way to reset it (at least that I know of).

Create a new form with a different name then cut and paste the controls that you need.

I hope this helps..

Good Luck...
