Can't Connect to VPN Server

I'm trying to set a VPN connection on my LAN. I keep
getting Error 791 whenever I attempt to access the VPN
Server. I have Win2000 Server. My clients are Win98 and
XP Professional. When I attempt to connect I first get
message Verifying username and password. The Error 791
Server or domain doesn't recognize username and password
or words to that effect. Any suggestions?

Did you double check that clients are allowed dial-in access? Matt Wray
