I have a workstation (Win 2k) that can't connect to a Win2k Server domain. The adapter seems fine, I can surf the web, I can ping outside the network as well as the server. I have tried removing and re-installing the network card. When I go to Network Identification the settings are grayed out and I'm told that the network is not installed. This all happened after un-installing the Pervasive SQL client. I suspect that I need to re-install Windows networking on the client but I don't know how. Any thought?

Ok, I'll answer my own question then. I had to uninstall all the services first, THEN the adapter. Then restart and re-install all services and adapter. All better.
