Running Exchange 2003 Enterprise with OWA premium enabled.
We have many users who rely heavily on OWA as their primary email solution. This is due to the fact that these users do not have their own PCs but rather share PCs in the environment to access network resources.
The problem that we have is that every 90 days we force a password change. Users who log into the PC's as themselves can change their passwords just fine but OWA users cannot change their passwords via the OWA interface.
An OWA user will attempt to log into the OWA interface and it will indeed prompt them to change their password. But it will never accept the password change and will give an error that states
"Error: Object required"
Any thoughts???
Thanks in advance for any and all replies
