can't change password

We have an exhange 2000 server newly installed...Initially setup up with only 5 accounts all with same password. I want to have those individuals change password upon next login. We use Outlook express on clients and for some reason it doesn't prompt for new password.

help please.......

Uhh.. If I am not mistaken, your Exchange accounts are the same accounts with your user login in AD. So in Active Directory, configure the users to change password on next log on. Ask the user to logoff and logon. What OS are your clients running? I'd recommend you to switch your clients to MS Outlook if possible.
