I'm using Crystal 8.5....
Recently, I've had to change my default printer...problem is that I now seem to have no control over page orientation (using Printer Setup) UNLESS I use the prior default printer driver...this applies to both previously written reports and brand new reports (?)...weird also is that both prior and current default printers are HP2100 LaserJetTNs (2 different physical printers accessed over the network)...
Have tried solution suggested in Crystal Knowledge base (Article #c2010099)to 'reset printer driver information'...did not work...tried reinstalling Crystal (making sure prior printer is NOT available)...did not work...any suggestions? Please help!
