Can't call PC Softphone

Hi All,

I can't seem to get the PC Softphone to work as I expected. I've got the required licenses and have set up the user for Phone Manager Pro in the IPO configuration. When I log in, I get a message that the configuration has been changed to softphone. I can call extensions on the system, but I can't call the extension of the softphone - I get a busy signal.

Haven't ran monitor yet to see what's going on, but was hoping I could get some ideas for making this work?
 
Is their a VoIP user on the system which was automatically created when the VoIP user was made?

ACA - IP Office Implement
ACA - IP Telephony
ACS - IP Office Implement (Aug 30th)

There is a VoIP extension that was created when I created the test user.

I can see that user on the called party phone, but cant call back.

Weird, huh?
