Can't backup MICS

When using backup/restore tool, I get "Map file AOGOOENG required". Any help? Thanks!

It means that the version of NRU you are using is missing that particular map file. Some versions of software were a MR version, and the NRU does not have the map file for it. A little while back you could get the patch from different web site, so you may be able to do a forum search to find a web site posting where you could get the map file. It was quite a hot topic some months back. I think if you upgrade you NRU to 11.0 that would most likely fix that problem. I would try to see if you can get NRU 11.0 that would most likely be easier.
