I've tried through the web interface and CLI on the box. it accepts the command both ways - no error - it just never shows up after I hit Enter or Apply.
Checkpoint support seems stumped - it's been like 3 weeks since I submitted the support request.
Any suggestions? Has anyone run into this before?
