Can't add Administrators in VMPro

I have a server that we had to reload. The customer is running VM Pro 6.0.44, after a fresh install, I can't add any Voicemail Pro Administrators to the system. When I click on the folder I get a quick screen flash, and than nothing. I can use every other feature from the client on the server with no issues. It's running Server 2008 Standard with SP2, and a Hyper-V terminal running OneX-Portal.

Any suggestions on where to look at what could be blocking this? I have installed the software on a spare XP box I had, and it does the exact same thing.

does it minimise to youre task bar and just needs opening from there or are you saying that you can open VM pro client but just addiung a admin account fails.?
