Hi there,

I set up a standard ACD with maxp 10 and ncfw to callpilot.
When I try to add the acd key I get an error message (sorry cant remember the right SCH code) but it said that this key is not allowed or cant be used by this function... I try to add the ACD on key 0 as usual.... The customer dont have any ACD yet... is there anything missing or do I need to check something else?

cheers,

subx

Nope this goes on key 0

Key 0 ACD "ACD Queue" "CLID" "Position ID"

Or something like

Key 0 ACD 7999 0 7029

I dont think you add the clid on the ACD key

Yes you do need caller ID or you get SCH0205 error code (Input out of range) At least you do on all my PBX.
