Can't access yahoo inbox.

Hello everyone.
I know its sound crazy, but now when i use DSL connection, I can't access any of my Internet email providers like yahoo or aol mail, accept DSL provider (Bell South). When i click on inbox, IE just time out on me. When I try to use dial up to access my web mail, everything works fine. Any ideas what's going on here?

Some suggestions

-In IE go to tools-options-privacy-advanced and set to accept cookies.

-If you have any firewall shut it down and try again

-Find a file called "hosts" in your machine and comment out any domain names like yahoo etc by putting a # in front.

Have found a solution that seems to be working for everybody:

This problem seems to be mostly with people with a high speed connection (ie: DSL,etc.) With many hours of research and trial and error from other comments, I have found the REAL problem and a solution.

This is not for the technically challenged though. It is a very intense solution that has worked perfectly for me on 3 machines with this problem, so give it a try, just BE CAREFUL if your not sure.

Most of the info there is benign, you only need to worry about the "maxMTU". That is what needs to be changed.
