I'm new to setting up and administering vpn's so any help is much appreciated.

I am trying to set up a vpn connection for remote adminsistration from home and so that certain users can access files from home.
I set up Routing and Remote Access Services on a 2003 server box.
The server has 2 ethernet connections, one for vpn connections and one for internet connectivity (both are connected to the internet in one way or another)
It is using windows authentication from the domain.
I specified a group of 10 external IP's to use for the connection.
The 10 IP's are in the same class as both adapter IP's
ie (using dummy IP's)
Adapter 1 for internet connectivity
IP: 192.168.1.100
SM: 255.255.255.0
DG: 192.168.1.1

Adapter 2 for remote vpn connections
IP: 192.168.1.101
SM: 255.255.255.0
DG: 192.168.1.1

Range of IP's to give to VPN connections is 192.168.1.103-192.168.1.112 (10 IP's)

I can connect from my computer at home and establish a VPN connection to the server. I can access files on that server but I cannot access files or other servers on the same network segment and I cannot access anything on any other network segments.

Is there something I forgot to configure?
We are not running DHCP on any servers. We have a /24 network block and everything is statically assigned.

If there is anything else you need to know to help please let me know and I will be glad to post it. Thanks.
