Can't access help...

Hi Folks!

Maybe it sounds a little ironic but I need help with my Crystal Report 8.5 Help files. I can't access them no more! When a press F1 (or any other option associated with help) nothing happens.

I’ve tried reinstalling the program (trough the reinstall option from the CD)… Nothing! I removed and reinstalled… Still nothing!

Please I need help, I mean help files!

Several people have reported that they have installed V8.5 on NT or Windows 2000, and have had problems with the help files.

If you just bought Crystal, I would call their support line. No one here appeared to come up with a solution.

In the meantime, this support article tells you where the individual help files are, so you can open them yourself fom Windows Explorer:

Hi!

I'm using 98 and I've been using CR 8.5 for about a year and always used the help files. This problem just started.

Once I completely reinstalled the program and it didn't solve the problem I agree it got something to do with the OS...

Thanks anyway for your help with the help article to locate the Help Files (its really confusing...)
