Cant access desktop server

Hi

We have just installed a new W2K server and changed domains.
I have re-logged into my PC onto the new domain, meaning that all the user preferences have reset, this is not a problem.

But I can't access my desktop edition of SQL server. The machine name as not chnaged..

I have tried re-registering the SQL server but does not accept the sa login id - even though it is correct.

Help!
