Canon Scanner Problems

I've got a Canon FB330P scanner problem on a low end Pentium using W95. When I try to access the scanner W95 says the printer port is being used by another application.<br><br>Can anyone offer some useful solution to this problems?<br><br>The scanner works fine. I tested it on my laptop. W98 mind you but never the less it still works.<br><br>Printer port is set to EPP & ECP so its not bios settings.<br>Regards<br><br>Mattw<br>

Driver problem, maybe?&nbsp;&nbsp;You need the scanner driver and a twain driver.&nbsp;&nbsp;Maybe the 95 drivers are NG, but the 98 drivers work.<br><br>Just a stab in the dark.

Could be drivers. I setup a clean separate h/drive with Win95 in the same machine and it all worked fine. Client had a lot of various programs that might of clashed with scanner.

How can I make digital contact sheets from a developed roll of 35mm film in transparent plastic full page holder on a
canoscan d660u. It should be simple, no? but no. it isnt

I have the same problem with a CanoScan FB320P, Epson Colour 680 running on Win2000. It may ahve something to do with the Instant messaging programs that were loaded by one of the four users of teh machine. Still to resolve this. Woudl be greatful for any clues.

hooked up my scanner and it won't work. It is unlocked and everything is installed but the light bar won't move. it acts like it is still locked.

I have a CanoScan n340p, simply: it does not work, every application says...TWAIN error, error n* 8...but i have done everything what the documentation says. Some idea? Someone with the same problem?
