Hi,
What does the menu bar count end up as?

Like 120 of 2340 or something like that?

If it is 0 of <somenumber> it means that no records matched your query.

If it shows that some records were returned, but none are displayed, be sure you have not supressed any data.

Hi,

It shows that 0 matched 7000 records. But what I wonder is when I execute the same sql in the database then I getting data for that.

Hi,

Well, I found out the mistake what I was commiting.

Basically, I was using a paramater like city value.

where as the user need to enter the city name or he can select all the city by selecting 'ALL'. However, i did not define a IF condition for the 'city paramater' in the select expert. Hence whenever i do not select the city then it was comparing for the 'all' value instead of considering for all the cities. where as there was not value like 'ALL' in the city field.

thanks for the help
