CANNOT VIEW Data Access Page

I created a Data Access Page. When someone tries to view it- all they see is the theme I put in. No fields, no labels, no nothing.

WHY is this so?

It should also be noted, that, on the computers that cannot view the Data Access Page on the Internet -->

When opened in Page View, everything is blank.
When opened in Design View, everything is there!

Any thoughts?

One Final Note-

Its not an ActiveX issue. All ActiveX settings have been set to 'Enable' or 'Prompt'.
